Dr Newson attends Latte Lounge event to chat about women's health and HRT myths
Published: 8th July 2019
The Latte Lounge is a virtual coffee shop for all midlife women to share tips on topics such as health, wellbeing, work and relationships. Their last Latte Lounge meeting, held on July 3rd, celebrated their 3rd birthday and was all about women's health and the menopause. Our own Dr Newson was delighted to attend the event and spoke to the group about her work in menopause education as well as dispelling some common myths regarding HRT. Dr Newson was joined on the day by a number of other women championing menopause care in the news, such as Liz Earle MBE and Diane Danzebrink, founder of the #MakeMenopauseMatter campaign.
