Dr Newson Talks Menopause at Davina Mccall's #OYGWeekender

Dr Louise Newson recently held a Q&A session entitled 'All Things Menopause' with Davina Mccall as part of her special online event 'Own Your Goals Weekender'. Davina Mccall, one of Britain's best loved TV presenters, is also the founder of Own Your Goals - an online fitness community that allows women to access a huge variety of online classes and nutritionist approved recipes to help stay fit and healthy from home.

The event took place across two days and was full of live workouts and educational talks about health, wellbeing and mindfulness. 

Dr Newson was one of several special guests and was delighted to host a Q&A session with Davina, answering questions from those in attendance and covering a huge array of important menopause topics.
