Free Menopause Webinar for Healthcare Professionals
Published: 20th November 2020
Dr Louise Newson and Dr Mark Coombe of FourteenFish recently recorded this webinar, aimed at giving healthcare professionals the confidence and knowledge to assess and prescribe HRT to perimenopausal and menopausal women.
Over 400 healthcare professionals (mainly GPs and nurses) joined this free session and the feedback received has been immensely positive.
Speaking of the webinar, a GP who joined the session said: "Thank you so much for just doing that menopause webinar. Amazing!! As a fellow GP it was so useful and clear. Brilliant update and GP user friendly guide especially about having confidence to prescribe testosterone. Off to book your Confidence in the Menopause programme now. Keep up the good work!"
Another GP praised the event, saying: "Today I had a fantastic consultation with a patient and felt really confident about it after your webinar. She had read lots of your resources and so was well informed of her options. She left with tears of joy at the thought of improving her symptoms. Thank you."
