Many women think that symptoms of the menopause or perimenopause only last a year or two so they should simply “put up” with them. However, this is often not the case and some women have symptoms for decades. This short video may help.

Every week, I hear stories from women talking about their menopause (and perimenopause) that sadden and sometimes frustrate me.  The more I talk to women about their menopause experiences, the more I realise how many women are suffering alone and not talking about their symptoms.

Many women are very confused between the difference between body-identical hormones and bio-identical hormones. There are some really important differences that I would like to clarify.

Symptoms of the menopause such as poor concentration, tiredness, poor memory, depression, feeling low, lowered confidence, sleepiness and hot flushes can all affect ability at work.
