Patients can make comments and suggestions either by completing the contact form on our website or by contacting a member of the clinic administration. Feedback from patients will always be carefully considered and, where appropriate, action will be taken.
Should our level of service ever fail to meet an individual’s satisfaction or expectation we would welcome feedback and recognise that it may be important for a complaint to be made. We will take all complaints very seriously and have an established process and procedure to deal with any issues in an efficient and timely manner.
