BHSc (Nutritional Medicine)
Clinical Nutritionist and former chef, Emma Ellice-Flint is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives through food and nutrition. Her particular passions are helping women to work out how what they eat might be affecting their symptoms, digestive wellness and improving mental health for women going through the perimenopause and menopause.
Through one-to-one sessions (either virtually or at the Stratford clinic) Emma will support you to create an achievable nutrition plan that targets your particular aims for your nutrition and hormone health, whether that is to help gut problems, weight balance, or particular symptoms like fatigue, skin changes or headaches.
Many women find 3 or 4 consultations in total provide the support they need to see real benefits to their quality of life and mental health, and provides the knowledge to continue on a plan that works for them.
