Lorraine Rose
RGN
Nurse with an interest in menopause
Lorraine is a registered nurse who started her career in Accident and Emergency before working as a primary care nurse in the out of hours service.
Alongside her nursing career Lorraine also worked part time as cabin crew and travelled the world for many years. Many galley conversations about menopause took place!
Lorraine began educating herself 10 years ago when she was trying to access menopause advice and help for herself. She feels women should be empowered and be able to recognise symptoms in themselves, family, and friends. Lorraine doesn’t want women to suffer in silence anymore and feels this is the best job she could wish for as she gets to help women feel better and to make informed decisions in relation to their health and well-being.
Lorraine lives in Glasgow and enjoys walking her dog and spending time with family and friends.
