- Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Newson Health Limited are not eligible
- To enter: follow @newson.health on Instagram and tag a friend in the comments of the competition post, including a brief message about how they have supported you. No purchase necessary.
- Opening date: Thursday 9th October 3pm GMT. Closing date: Tuesday 14th October at 12pm GMT. Entries after this time will not be counted.
- Three winners will be chosen at random using a randomised computer process from all valid entries and notified via Instagram direct message from @newson.health within 24 hours of the closing date. The winner’s name and Instagram handle may be announced in a comment on the competition post or in an Instagram story.
- The prize includes:
- Two (2) tickets to Dr Louise Newson’s 2025 tour (Sun 19 Oct, Rose Theatre, Kingston with Emma Barnett). Travel and accommodation are not included.

- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
- If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of notification (by Thursday 16th October) Newson Health Limited reserves the right to offer the prize to another entrant.
