  • Opening date: Thursday 9th October 3pm GMT. Closing date: Tuesday 14th October at 12pm GMT. Entries after this time will not be counted​.

  • Three winners will be chosen at random using a randomised computer process from all valid entries and notified via Instagram direct message from @newson.health within 24 hours of the closing date. The winner’s name and Instagram handle may be announced in a comment on the competition post or in an Instagram story.​
