Dr Farah Ahmed is a GP with over 20 years of clinical experience and has a special interest in women’s health and menopause. She is a diplomate of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare. She also holds a Certificate in the Management of Menopause from the British Menopause Society and is a member of the National Association for Premenstrual Syndrome.
Farah is passionate about making medical information accessible and empowering women to take control of their health. She is committed to delivering proactive, preventative and personalised care to women at every stage of life.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking with her 3 sons and travelling.
Farah's writing has featured in Newsweek, Condé Nast, Refinery29, Women’s Health and Vogue. She has also recently worked with Rock My Menopause (a patient resource approved by NICE) to create culturally competent health information for South Asian communities. She is a regular speaker on women’s health topics, having presented at events for Stylist magazine and appearing as a panellist at Pause Live, a leading menopause and midlife event.
