Dr Kyla Ng is a GP and qualified yoga teacher with a special interest in women's health, sexual health and lifestyle medicine. She is passionate about educating and empowering women about their health, and has set up a dedicated women's health clinic within the general practice she works in.
Dr Ng also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, reflecting a strong interest in medical education alongside clinical care. She brings a holistic, lifestyle-medicine-informed approach to her consultations, shaped in part by her work as a yoga teacher since 2018, teaching vinyasa, ashtanga and prenatal yoga.
Outside of clinic, Kyla enjoys travelling, tennis, yoga, surfing, bouldering and aerial hoop.
Dr Kyla Ng's academic background is in paediatric and reproductive endocrinology, where she co-authored systematic reviews and meta-analyses on pubertal induction with combined gonadotropin therapy, examining how individualised hormone dosing affects long-term physical development. This research informs her understanding of hormone physiology, replacement therapy and tailored dosing - experience she now brings to menopause and hormone health in adult women.
