Completion of the Confidence in the Menopause Course
Diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health
Rachel is passionate about menopause care, an area of medicine that she believes has long been overlooked. She is encouraged by the growing recognition of both the symptom-related and long-term health impacts of menopause. For Rachel, the most rewarding aspect of her work is seeing how quickly women start to feel better once they receive the right treatment, alongside the knowledge that hormone therapy can improve their overall health.
Outside of work, Rachel is a mother to three young children and loves spending time outdoors, particularly hiking. She has completed the Pennine Way and is eager to take on another long-distance footpath in the near future. She also enjoys travelling and has a deep love for music, playing the violin with prestigious orchestras in the past, including the Covent Garden Chamber Orchestra.
