Lucy joins Newson Health from the healthcare sector having worked at the West Midlands Academic Health Science Network as the Head of Innovation Implementation and Adoption. Lucy has worked to support innovators to navigate the health and social care system working with industry, the third sector, academia and citizens to improve the health and wealth of the region.
She will be looking at ways to support Newson Health raise the profile of the perimenopause and menopause through education and research along with the development of an approach for businesses to support their employees through this time.
When not working, Lucy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, getting out and about, reading and long walks by the local canals.
