Looking for knowledge and guidance so you can be certain about what’s right for your body during the perimenopause and menopause? You’re in the right place.

The balance app allows you to track your symptoms, access personalised expert content, download a Health Report©, share stories in the community and lots more.

We’re proud that balance is the first menopause support app certified by the leading digital health organisation, ORCHA, who review and approve health apps for the NHS and multiple national health bodies around the world.

Events

Newson Health have hosted and been involved in many events over the last five years. Here’s just a few!

BBC Gardeners’ World Live

In June 2023 we were thrilled to take home the prestigious Platinum and Best Show Garden prizes for the Newson Health Menopause Garden at the BBC Gardeners’ World Live event at Birmingham’s NEC.

We joined forces with award-winning garden designer Ruth Gwynn to create a garden that reflected Newson Health’s ethos of inclusive and accessible menopause support for everyone. A hugely popular attraction, the garden was a tranquil and comfortable space for women to reflect on their health and to discover the nutritional and physical power of plants for mental health and wellbeing.

Conference: Feeling better, staying healthier – how to optimise care for our patients

In May 2023 we brought together healthcare professionals, researchers, and women’s health experts for a networking, education, and knowledge-sharing event to advance menopause care and treatment. We unveiled the latest research findings, connected and learned from expert speakers on topics such as perimenopause and menopause care.

Conference: Creating an environment for women to thrive in medicine

In September 2022, Newson Health hosted a conference for healthcare professionals in association with Women in Medicine International Network. Sessions inspired action towards change, offered specialist legal and pension advice, as well as a spotlight on how healthcare professionals could look after their own physical and mental wellbeing.
