Dr Emma Ginns

Emma graduated from Imperial College London in 1999, having completed her undergraduate training, and a physiology degree, at Oxford University. She completed her General Practice training at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London, in 2002, gaining her MRCGP in 2003.

Emma joined Newson Health in January 2021. She is a British Menopause Society accredited menopause specialist, having completed the Advanced Menopause Certificate. She has also completed the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and the Diploma of the Faculty of Family Planning and Reproductive health care.

Emma has an interest in breast care, and has also worked in an NHS hospital breast clinic since 2019, where she runs general assessment clinics, and the local family history clinic. She has always had an interest in mental health, and before joining Newson Health, worked as an outreach GP within mental health, for a group of GP practices.

She lives with her family in the New Forest.
