Dr Helen Fleet

Helen graduated from Southampton Medical School in 1995. She has been working as a GP in the same practice in the New Forest for 19 years. She has always had a special interest in women’s health and fits contraceptive coils and implants in her NHS surgery.

Helen has completed the menopause special skills course and feels passionately that all women should have access to good menopausal advice and treatment. She has seen how HRT can transform many women’s lives and her aim is to help as many women through the menopause as possible. She finds this one of the most rewarding parts of her work and is really excited to be part of the Newson Health Team.

In her spare time she has 2 very lively dogs (a springer and cocker spaniel) who enjoy lots of exercise in the forest! Helen also enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children and catching up with friends.
