Dr Liz Arnold

Liz graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine Cardiff in 1998 and qualified as a GP in 2003. She fulfilled an ambition for some traveling before taking a GP partnership in Cardiff in 2005. She has been an Honorary Lecturer for medical students as well as being the practice diabetes lead.

She has always been interested in women’s health and gained a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and the Faculty of Family Planning.

Recently she has developed an interest in lifestyle medicine and menopause. She is a British Menopause Society Advanced Menopause Specialist. She is able to provide an evidence based, personalised and holistic approach to the peri menopause and menopause, empowering women to make decisions about their health, and finds this incredibly rewarding.

Liz is married with 2 school aged children. She enjoys baking, walking, body boarding and coaching a girl’s football team (go Cosmos!).
