Dr Rita Badshah

Rita is a fully qualified GP and Menopause Specialist and has over 13 years of experience as a Medical Doctor. Her other special interests include Lifestyle & Preventive Medicine and Health Coaching. In particular, she has additional experience working in Women’s Health and Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She has trained and practiced in Australia, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Rita is a member of the British Menopause Society and is completing her advanced specialisation in menopause. She undertakes consultations in perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy and its alternatives. She understands the importance of the long-term health benefits of HRT. Rita is passionate about pro-active care, with a focus on optimising women’s health spans and wellbeing. Understanding and supporting women’s health goals is important to her. She is a believer in health promotion and health education to empower all women with their own healthcare journey.
